Is this a good budget system? Will upgrade CPU later once I have the money

Hello all,
Thanks to the users who have helped me determine a selling price for my current AMD system, I have put together a parts list of an Intel Skylake system that I would like to get once I sell my current system. My budget is $1K, give or take.

Below is the system that I was going to put together to put my AMD machine to shame. I am aware that the i3 6320 is lower end. I will upgrade to probably an i5 6500 or 6600k within a few months after I stash away some more money.

I want to stay team red for my GPU because I currently have a FreeSync monitor.

I'm open to suggestions about this build, but please don't increase the price by more than $50.

I should probably mention my plans for cooling... I plan on replacing the dumb fans in the chassis with the BitFenix ones so I can get all three on RPM control since the MOBO only has one PWM header other than the CPU. I intend to mount the GPU rad to the rear and the three fans in the remaining mounts (one on top, two on the front). Also, I intend to get a Hyper 212 Evo from Cooler Master when I do the CPU upgrade.

I do have a question about the cooler for the i3 6320 though... Does it stand up or does it blow down towards the socket?

Thanks to everybody for their help.

The stock i3 coolr is a downdraft style (blows down towards processor)

Build looks fine if you plan to replace with a 6600k, however the motherboard does have built in WiFi , do you need that?

Solution

Thanks for the info on the cooler. And yes, I need the WiFi because I don't have a cable going to my room. My current build is a bit of a mess, I've maxed out all the expansion slots on my MOBO: Asus M5A99FX PRO R2.0 and am using all the slots in my chassis: NZXT Phantom 530, so I'm trying to use more devices this time around.

Edit: more onboard devices
