The Focus plus for $13 dollars more is so worth it. Really.

On the AIO cooler. Are you intending to OC the CPU, if so, the included Wraith cooler is sufficient for a moderate OC. You don't necessarily need an AIO, but they can keep a CPU cool, and look good whilst doing it. Not needed though.

Also, that 5700XT, although a solid card, exhausts heat into the case, so might raise internal case temps somewhat. i know you have some extra case fans, so the AIO might more sense for you, to help on CPU temps.

Okay so I swapped PSUnfor the gold rated one and was on the fence already but re added the Corsair AIO that should be enough and in terms of OC I wouldn’t OC more than the boost setting

Should I get Corsair or g skill instead of that ram never really heard of it but had okay reviews and 25 dollars cheaper

I mean unless you're overclocking higher than default clock speeds, you really don't need the aio. The wraith cooler is perfectly fine. If you really want an aio just to have an rgb aio, then save a bit and go with the 120mm rad. It's kinda like buying a 1080 ti and only using it to play minecraft.

It's all up to you though, just something to think about.
