Kindy new to all of this but does that case need a DVI Cable or can it use a hdmi want to be able to use a dual monitor setup

I5 4690k is enough. You only need 8 GB memory. Get two sticks of 4 GB because it will enable the dual channel memory mode. Put that monies to get gtx 980 for double/triple monitor setup. Get a good PSU from Seasonic or evga. Motherboard is good.

What will be the uses?
Also, your PSU Is not of good quality, get a good quality 650w unit instead.
Refer to this PSU Tier list.PSUs belong to Tier1,2 and 2b are of good quality.
