Almost. The motherboard appears here: https://spreadsheets.google.com/spreadsheet/pub?key=0AgN1D79Joo7tdE9xMUFlMEVWeFhuckJEVF9aMmtpUFE&gid=0 for weak VRMs. I don't think I'd use it for a FX-4350, or any FX you plan to overclock.
