Seing that build, if you can i'd switch a few things:

- The i5-6402p for a i5-6500. It's a great choice for price vs. performance.
- I'd get a MSI Z170 mobo, that's a great mobo with future for overclocking Intel CPUs later on, if you get a K version. Maybe a 6600K.
- Getting 2x4GB RAM sticks, they'll work in dual-channel, which is faster than a single 8GB stick.

Aside from that, nice build!

This build should last you at least 4-5 years in my opinion.

The 8gb Ram might become outdated before the gpu becomes obsolete, but ram is getting cheaper and cheaper, so no worry.

The Psu will stay relevant as power consumption is also getting lower and lower.

Your Cpu will probably be able to bear a new gpu when the time comes in about 5 years.

Your Gpu will probably stay relevant for it's lifetime at 1080p as long as you chose the 6gb model and that you
won't start crying when your games can't get more than 200fps at medium settings in 3 years+.

In conclusion, this looks like a smart and durable build if you are not one to care whether or not
you'll be able to see your characters nose hairs in the games of the year 2021 and beyond.
