No it doesn't. If you want to spend less, you can get a R9 270 which is slightly lower than a GTX 760 but it is still capable of playing at 1080p.
The power supply i would stick with the XFX 550W. It is a better quality power supply than the one you chosen.

If you want wifi, then you need a wifi adapter. Preferably PCIE as USB wifi adapter can overheat.
The motherboard should already have one ethernet port to use.
