Is this a good build for being my first custom PC?

Hi there, I just recently got interested into building my own PC, and was wondering if these parts are good enough or not. I'm not even sure whats "old and new" when it comes to this stuff so please let me know!

Specs:

Case: Corsair Carbide 100R

RAM: PNY Anarchy X 16 GB DDR4

Power Supply: Seasonic 650w ATX12V

Graphics Cards: Radeon Rx 460 Windforce 4 GB

SSD: 250 GB Samsung 850 EVO

MOBO: ASROCK AB350M Pro4

CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 1500X w/ Wraith Spire Cooler

i would get a rx 1500, with a 1050 ti.
