No. That cpu will be crippled by the games. There is no reason to get a APU, or chip with built on graphics and then add a video card. Go for an 8320 AMD and compatible AM3+ motheboard.
For 10 bucks more you can find a 8320 fx and for about the same price as the board you have picked you can get one to work with the fx cpu so the 8320 would be a better deal then the apu. The apu is fine for what it is but the 8320 is a better option. And I disagree with the apu bottle necking with the apu system.. I have a 5800 k and had a 7950 installed and I never saw any of those issues mention above.
For planetside 2 and Skyrim especially you probably want to avoid AMD as they are known to perform pretty poorly. Why the A10 if you are going to be using a nice dedicated video card anyway?
