Is this a good build for future gaming

The system is more than fine but I would change the Motherboard to a Z390 version so that you have the latest chipset in the Z390. You can find the Z390 motherboards at roughly the same price like and some lower with better VRM's like the Gigabyte ones but they will all do a good job:

MSI Z390 Gaming Edge
Gigabyte Aorus Z390 Elite
Asus Prime Z390-A
Gigabyte Z390 Aorus Pro

Your GPU in the RX480 is a bit weak but will be okay and you can look to upgrading that later to the new RX590 or any of the Nvidia range from the 1060 6GB upwards...

Quick question regarding my case. Will all these components fit with ease in a Phanteks P400 case?
And also, i was concerned about getting all of these new upgrades but then still getting lack luster performance due to graphics card. Is the graphics card going to affect much?

Yes they will all fit very easily into the P400 as to the second part, the issue is your GPU and you will not see much of a difference. Depending on what you are currently using, the GPU tends to be the single biggest difference to performance.

What CPU and motherboard and RAM do you currently have?

These components that i'm getting are a huge upgrade from what i have currently which is..
-FX 8350 (CPU)
-M5 A97 R2.0 (Motherboard)
-2x4 GB Adata XPG (RAM)

I mean it was pretty good for me at the time when i got it which was 2 years ago but just decided to upgrade

Okay that is a big upgrade and the FPS will increase from the 9600K over the FX8350....

Will the RX 480 restrict me from getting significantly more FPS or is it not worth getting a new one because of all the other upgrades I'm getting ?

It just depends on money...If you already have the RX480 then stick with it and do that as the next upgrade. If you have not bought the RX480, then moving to a RX580 or Nvidia 1060 6GB would be better...even better a 1070 and above but keeping to what you can afford is key..
