Is this a good build for gaming/work for $1200?

Hello, is this a good build for my budget of $1200?
This is also my first time building a custom pc, so any suggestions and advice are welcomed.

My goal is a good build for both gaming and a little work, for example web, word and etc.

Games:Mass Effect franchise, Guild Wars 2, Skyrim, Mount and Blade Warband, and etc. Overall AAA and AA games I plan to play.

Questions: 1.) With this build specs below, what settings would I expect at 1080p? I don't mind lowering settings for optimal performance also the monitor I plan on picking up is only 60 refresh.

2.) Are the parts compatible to each other?

3.)Is the PSU a good PSU to power the build?

There is something I do not understand: how do you get 1033$ total? That computer should not cost more than 800. Taxes? Where are you buying from?

Other than that, yes to 1-2 and 3.

@dav_jw All parts from newegg, the price tag is with tax and shipping included. This is my first build so I may have to relook at it if this particular build shouldn't be more than 800 also the over 1000 is the computer itself with OS and accessories.

Edit: Thanks MDXX. What do you suggest that I can do for better, any suggestion would be helpful.

Alright, did some math. For the PC only, that's about 830. So 200 for mouse/KB/Screen(?) + shipping.

Nevermind what I said then, the price is fair; it seems like a well balanced build. Have you checked if you could find a MB with integrated wifi? That might be cheaper than adding 43$ for the dedicated card.

Also on the build i posted get a 650-700w psu. I meant to change that 😛
