That is a lot of money for an H87 board. Also, the prices of the 280X's are inflated right now, so I would consider getting the GTX 770 instead. You could even get a 4GB 770 for less than that 280X

You can get a EVGA gtx770 4GB for the same price and better performance. I also like Nvidia features better. I would also get a cheaper seagate hdd. And you can go down a few watts on your psu to 650 or 600 if you don't plan to sli/crossfire and then get a better quality psu. All things to consider. You're also not going to need the liquid cooling if you don't plan on overclocking.

He shops from a certain store in Singapore. A lot of things that make sense to you in the USA don't work the same way there.

Do you mean you want something better than R9 280x now?

There aren't that many choices, since the 280x is quite respectable. From your dropbox file, I'd say one of these:
Asus GTX 780 Ti
Asus R9 290x or Gigabyte R9 290x or Sapphire R9 290x
Asus R9 290
Asus GTX 780 or eVGA GTX 780

I sorted them with the fastest first. "Fastest" as in fps in Battlefield 4 at 1080p - the order will vary in other games because differences are small. Think 65 fps to 75 fps for all of them (and 54 fps for the 280x).
