CPU: i5 6600
GPU: MSI Twin Frozer GTX 970
Ram: G.Skill Ripjaws V Seeies F4-2400C15D-16 GVR 16GB DDR4 2400Mhz
Hard drive: Western Digital Purple 1 TB SATA 3 6GB/s HDD
Cooling: Corsair HydroSeries H100i GTX 240mm x 25 mm

Yes it definetaly is a good build and you'll get good framerates in most games. However if i where you i'd add an SSD 120GB or 250GB for OS and games you play often.
