Is this a good build for gaming?

Is this a good build for gaming, something like GTAV on medium-high for 60fps, 1080p?

Also, I live in Iceland so this builds ends up for around $1300 here. I don't really want to go higher but lower is always good.

Get the B250 DS3H board from gigabyte, and the S12II/ Corsair CXM (Black label not green), Seasonic G, XFX TS Bronze/Gold or Antec HCG in anything 430w or above, whichever of the listed ones is cheaper.
