yes, but I would go with a better power supply. I like the Evga G2 or GS series.

I would suggest that you add a liquid cooler, because although not needed, with that budget itll leave you with some possible future OC room.

Don't need a liquid cooler to OC. Plenty of very good Air Coolers on the market (looking at getting a Cryorig H5 for my own build if I can swing shipping)
