For streaming and playing games at high end this is pretty much bang on. Everything is well balanced, but there is the slight potential for some stuttering whilst streaming and playing AAA titles, but it will be minimal at best.

TL;DR: Perfect machine, go for it!

Hell yeah... but use a EVAGA gtx 980 ti. And for all the money you put into the ring you may want to buy a 1440p monitor. 1080p is good enough for me, but you may highly prefer higher quality and for the money you put into it a 1440p monitor would totally be worth it. You could even play games on 60fps+ on 4k quality. But as I said its up to you and you budget.

You did an outstanding job on part selection.
One selection which I do not like is the use of liquid cooling.
14nm skylake runs cool so exotic cooling is not needed.
Your build will be cooled equally well , cost less and be quieter with a Noctua NH-14s cooler.

My canned rant on liquid cooling:
------------------------start of rant-------------------
You buy a liquid cooler to be able to extract an extra multiplier or two out of your OC.
How much do you really need?
I do not much like all in one liquid coolers when a good air cooler like a Noctua or phanteks can do the job just as well.
A liquid cooler will be expensive, noisy, less reliable, and will not cool any better
in a well ventilated case.
Liquid cooling is really air cooling, it just puts the heat exchange in a different place.
The orientation of the radiator will cause a problem.
If you orient it to take in cool air from the outside, you will cool the cpu better, but the hot air then circulates inside the case heating up the graphics card and motherboard.
If you orient it to exhaust(which I think is better) , then your cpu cooling will be less effective because it uses pre heated case air.
And... I have read too many tales of woe when a liquid cooler leaks.
google "H100 leak"
-----------------------end of rant--------------------------

Your pc will be quieter, more reliable, and will be cooled equally well with a decent air cooler.

edit:
I second the 1440P 27" monitor selection and the preference for a EVGA GTX980ti sc.

Overall, this build looks pretty good, especially for gaming and streaming, but there are definitely a couple changes that could be made:

1 - The Corsair H100i is a very, very loud AiO liquid cooler. Instead of it, I would get an NZXT Kraken x61 or x41 instead. THey are much quieter and cooler much better. If you have the extra budget, I would do a Cooler Master Nepton 240M. It is the best, and quietest of-the-shelf liquid cooler on the market and will serve you well.
2 - FOr the graphics card, you could absolutley get something both quieter and better than the MSI one. I would suggest the EVGA Superclocked Hybrid GTX 980ti. It is faster, cools better, and makes less noise than the one you already have.
3 - I think your motherboard is a bit expensive. There are cheaper ASUS boards that have just as many features and perform just as well. In my opinion, there is no need to spend $200+ on a motherboard when you can get one for ~$150 that works just as well.
4 - The PSU you have is good, but some of the EVGA SuperNOVA's are cheaper and perform just as well, so once again, I see no point in spending extra on something that doesn't perform any better than something cheaper.

Please believe me when I say that I don't mean to bash on your build. It was well put together and I can tell some thought went into it. Thanks for taking a look at my suggestions, and I hope it helps!

I looked at the core clock for the msi and its higher than the evga? also i plan on using a counsol and my budget doesnt fit two 1440p 144hz monitors but the two 1080p monitors will fit and maybe a third down the road i also am not sure if i should wait for pascal or buy the ti

Core clock is not everything. You may as well say a titanX is worse than a Gtx 970 (it has a slower core clock). I meant a single 4k/1440p monitor. Do choose a different cooler especially for recording and streaming, your current one makes noise
