Is this a good build for price

This is my first computer build, and I just want to check if this is a good build for the price. I ordered all the parts through NCIX and they're building it for me. Here's my build:

Is this a good build for the price?
If not, what can I do to make it better?

I would go with a 6600k, and a better PSU, tier 1 or 2. http://www.tomshardware.com/forum/id-2547993/psu-tier-list.html
