All of this plus some fans and dvd drive comes to around 861 USD. If there is anything that i should change to make it better or cheaper and get the same performance. please let me know.

This is a terrible build for the price.

You can use a Kaby Lake platform from Intel and decimate this build for the same money.

Any particular reason you went with a 5400 RPM HDD... This is a 7200 RPM drive that should perform better for about the same price.
