This is my first PC build, so I need to know if this will be a good build strictly for gaming? I'm not worried about maxing out the settings for games, so that will not be an issue. Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated, but I am not willing to go above $700 in the total build. Also, will I need a CPU cooler for this? Thank you for the help!

The r9 270 in this build is (imo) physically already a r9 270X with it needing two power connectors.it should be easy to overclock this one to r9 270X values.I can't be sure about that,but it seems logical.
