1: what would you say is the best mobo for me? n my set up?
2: I want to OC CPU & what would you suggest be the GPU / GPU's i should get?
3: Is my PSU good for my needed or do i need to get something better or with more watts.
4: Is this a good build for high end gaming for years? Music Production? would i be able to run 12-24 VM Workstation 10 using wins XP Pro 64BIT all at once?

this is going to be my high end gaming build for 6-7 years. i am also a audio / music freak so i would be using FL studios for music production. i am also going to be running 12-24 virtual machines all at once for about 5-6 days 24Hrs a day. ( winXP Pro 64BIT )

I got my eyes on Gigabyte GA-Z97X-Gaming GT for my 1st choice & Gigabyte GA-Z97X-GAMING 7 for my 2nd choice.
