It has a much better motherboard that can handle AMD Athlon X4 750K over 4.5GHz with Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO, It has a much faster hard disk drive and a bigger capacity, it has 1866MHz with CAS 9 latency and 1.5 voltage, it has a much better airflow and a much better looking computer case, much better power supply with 5 year warranty, the graphics card is the same, but the overall build is much better, it is also more future-proof when you add a new graphics card later, and FM2+ CPU's and motherboards are going to come later so you can even upgrade your CPU.
