is this a good build that i found on youtube for a starting pc??

RAM - Crucial Ballistix Sport 8GB single memory (£56.83)

Power Supply - Corsair Builder series CXM 430 Watt (£36.79)

Case - Rosewill Micro ATX mini tower (£30.26)

Total - £407.35

Hard disk - 1TB from my old pc
Two questions.

1. Is the operating system save on the hard drive?
2. Would this system be able to run war thunder on medium or even high graphics?

You can't take a hard drive from one PC to another without reinstalling windows.

It's pretty outdated really, one of the other guys here might be able to suggest a better build for you though.
