Is this a good build? Will it run games smoothly and well?

Hey guys, I'm looking into building my very first PC. I have a budget of roughly 650$ and I would like to know if the components I have chosen will work together and run games like DayZ, League of Legends, and Minecraft on at least medium, and hopefully high settings. I would also like to know if there are any parts that might be better for the same price or a bit more. :)

CPU- AMD FX-8350 4.0GHz 8-Core Processor
Motherboard- Gigabyte GA-78LMT-USB3 Micro ATX AM3+ Motherboard
Memory- G.Skill Sniper 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 Memory
HDD- Western Digital Caviar Blue 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive
GPU- Sapphire Radeon R7 260X 2GB Video Card
PSU-Corsair Builder 500W 80+ Bronze Certified ATX Power Supply
Case- Cooler Master N200 MicroATX Mid Tower Case
OS- Windows 7 Home Premium

Solution
R7 260x is really slow.
FX-8350 is really fast.
It will run games slowly because the R7 260x is too slow.

Downgrade the FX-8350.

I recommend:

Intel G3258 http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16819117374&cm_re=intel_g3258-_-19-117-374-_-Product
H81 motherboard http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813130731&cm_re=h81_motherboard-_-13-130-731-_-Product
R9 280 http://slickdeals.net/f/7413306-xfx-radeon-double-d-r9-280-150-ar-visa-checkout?v=1
and a CPU cooler such as the hyper 212 evo or something to overclock the CPU.

That config will give you much better frame rates
