Do you already have storage? That would have been a good build a couple years ago, not now you can certainly do better. Here is an 8th gen i5 build with a 2060 it will perform better in every area.

I7 to ryzen 5 2600 if you are comfortable with amd. B450 motherboard. Ram is good. Mx500 ssd, and wd blue 1tb hhd. That should still be in your budget. Case fans preincluded?
