The power supply is too small. I'd suggest a 600 watt model. A 450 is really for a small HTPC type of

It's good, 450W is plenty for the system, the xfx psu is made by seasonic, it's a quality psu.
A 660 gtx maximum tdp is 140W, the total system will not draw more than ~250W at load.
