My budget is around 700$, is there anything I can do better or cheaper. I just want to know before I buy the parts.

I would go with the newer intel parts. They are just a tiny bit more $$ but have a longer upgrade life ahead of them.

If purchased through newegg this will add about $20 to your build
Use this Haswell and you lose no performance that you will ever notice, and save that $20
