Im looking to build an extremely high-end build and was just wondering if this build would be satisfactory? Budget is a non-issue since I'm building it for a wealthy friend of mine. Feel free to suggest alternatives for these parts.

Solution
Why get the standard edition of Windows 8 instead of Windows 8 Pro or Windows 7 Ultimate?

Why stop at Dell U3011's? There are some 31.5 inch 3840x2160 monitors on the market now.

That motherboard will leave the video cards right next to each other, limiting their airflow. Unless you plan to build a custom watercooling loop for them, you might look for a board that allows you to put gaps between them by plugging them into slots 1, 4, and 7. The one you chose only supports video cards in slots 1, 3, 5, and 7. Here's one that looks like it would work:

Solution
Well, software-wise, I'm not too concerned about the os since there are OTHER methods to install the os without spending a cent, if you know what I mean. So let's just keep the discussion on the hardware side. I did take a look at the motherboard and it does seem to be better than the one I have posted, so I might consider replacing it. As for the monitors, 30 inch ones would be sufficient as he does have some 4k television sets but I'm unsure as to how the 3-way SLI titans would be performing on 3 4k screens at once. Any other input?
