This is the first time im building a pc and i wanted to know if this is a good build. Some parts i chose because of avalability in where i live.

I will not be overclocking any of these parts thats why i went for the 4570 and h87 board. I will be using it mostly for gaming.

Not a bad build but you can save a lot of money by choosing other parts. I'm not sure what you mean by part availability, so forgive me if these parts aren't available to you for some reason. Either way, this is a much better PSU.

I would suggest you buying a CPU cooler, it will help you alot. If you're not going to overclock than a non-k and a h87 will do you fine
Also, MSI's Hawk 760 is the best one on the market :)

I cant find that psu here, the brands that i found where cooler master, sentey, thermaltake, nzxt and topower. I also cant find the GSkill ares ram, but i found the Gskill Sniper.

I was actually incorrect about that particular NZXT PSU, the HALE series is their one good PSU. The NZXT HALE or TOPOWER Powerbird are good choices, but I do not recommend CM, Sentey, or Tt in most cases.
