Is this a good build? Will it work? Does anyone have any suggestions?

If you're not planning to SLI in the future, I would save a few bucks and get a 550 or 650w PSU. Could also save some cash and get 8GB of RAM if this is mainly for gaming. Other than that, looks good to me. I have the 4670, Samsung 840, Barracuda and Hyper 212 EVO, so good choices ;)
