Is this a good build?

Hi guys, going to be building this for my friend, is this a good config? Could I get any better parts for less, from same site. Also, is there anything in here that i don't need?

That Silverstone PSU has 12v @ 42A which should be fine for GTX 770 but the XFX
P1-650S-NLB9 has 12v @ 53A which would be much better. Also XFX PSUs always come highly recommended.

Rest of the build looks good.
