Here is the build http://pcpartpicker.com/p/3FP5K I was just wondering if there was any way to improve this build at all while keeping at or below the price it is now. Also, what do you guys think of reddit softwareswap? Is it trustworthy? Cause a $20 OS sounds good. also how big of a flash drive do you need to fit windows 8.1 on to? since i would like to get a OS code from reddit softwarswap, put it onto the usb drive, then install the OS to the pc.

You will be better buying a normal operating system. If you cant afford it, then save a bit more and you will not regret it. Its better to do it the right way. Your build is also missing a power supply. I would say, save around 700-800 and then you can think about a pc with the same cpu and gpu, plus other components with decent quality.
This is what I would go for: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/3G40S

If you want to keep it around the same price then: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/3G4cD
