Cheaper RAM (higher latency, but you will never notice it), better motherboard, an aftermarket CPU cooler, a better GPU, and a cheaper CPU that can be overclocked to match the FX-8350 (there should be no need for that though):
If overclocking, then get the Asus M5A97 R2.0 motherboard and the cpu cooler.
If not see if you can fit the cpu cooler, the stock AMD cooler is noisy when under load.
Also swapped to Gskill 2133 MHZ and it is cheaper.

Thanks for the replies. Also I just realised that the ASUS M5A97 motherboard doesn't actually have 3.0 headers, if I were to change my mobo to suit the original set up, possibly, what should I get?
This would be a good one (I was supposed to put this one into my suggestion, probably selected the other one by misclick): Gigabyte GA-970A-UD3P ATX AM3+ Motherboard (£64.77 @ Amazon UK)

the GA-970A-UD3P is cheap and will suit your needs.
If you are willing to ditch the blu-ray drive to a normal, cheap dvd drive, you can get a 990FX chipset which will allow you to overclock the FX-8320 better.
