If 4gb 770, Try a Gigabyte R9 290 instead - better performance for same price.

Get 1866 cl9 1.5V ram

Go with a seagate drive (Faster and cheaper), and a better psu and you will have yourself a great build (Because for the same price, you can get an excellent EVGA Supernova G2 750W power supply, not that the HX series is bad).

If this is a gtx 770 4gb version, definitely go for an R9 290 Tri-X. (For the better cooler)

im here in japan and the selection is very limited　and about hx series its in the tier 2

That's normal, it's about the same price as the 4gb 770. So just go with the 770 if it's near the price of the 280x, but if the 280x is quite abit cheaper go with that, as it's only a little bit slower than the 770.

i checked out r9 280x and yeah its 3000 yen cheaper, idk but i still need to make my build amount cheaper
