It can be better if its intended for gaming use.

1. The PSU is not good. Look into seasonic, XFX or antec.
2.Change the the cpu to i5 4690k
3.Change the ram to 1600 Mhz
4. Money saved from (2) and (3) , put it towards buying gtx 970 instead of 960.

It is intended for gaming. As the computer stands now, how much FPS do you think it could run a game like Arma 3 on max settings?

You cant run in max setting with gtx 960 , you are going to need gtx 970 if you want to play on max setting. In gaming you don't need more than 1600 mhz ram and i5.

I repeat that psu is not good for gaming rig, its only good for office type computers.

At 1100, you can't beat this. Can max out games, and has an SSD.

That PSU is pretty bad quality. He needs a good PSU, such as the EVGA b2, G2, or P2. Or antec makes goods psus.

I'm really liking that build. The only problem is I'm what you guys would refer to as a noob. I have no idea how to build a pc, so if you guys know a website the can build one for you?

You don't need to work for NASA to build a computer! If you would like to learn how to build one, i'll give some links where you can learn to build your own computer. If you still aren't sure whether your up to the the task, you could go to a local computer store and ask if they can guide you to build it there.

No , you would want 550 watts psu to be safe and little bit of headroom. Look into xfx, antec or seasonic. You never want to cheap out on a psu, I cant believe how many people don't understand the importance of a psu. With a crappy psu, you are risking your other components.
