Is this a good build?

So, i've spent quite a while this week looking around for what would be the best pc build in my range. I still dont know half of what im doing but i feel pretty good with this build, but i wanted to know what you guys thought. prefer a gtx 970 over r9 290 , less power requirement and better performance

replace the corsair psu by a seasonic/xfx/antec hcg/evga B2-G2 / rosewill capstone

i prefer an asus Asus VN248H-p instead of dell for monitor you choosed because almost a 24 inches and better for gaming
