This is for my son and I want it to last. I figure I can upgrade the chip in 2-3 years, add Memory, and add another graphics card later if needed. I would apperciate any advice. This is what I came up with after looking on-line.

It's kind of stupidly balanced.
The CPU is way too strong for gaming. The GPU is weak compared to the CPU and games don't really care much about CPUs.
DDR4 memory won't provide any noticeable improvements for gaming.
Any upgrades to that chip won't really mean anything, and would cost like $500-1000.
