I will be using this for gaming and schoolwork. My GPU will be a used R9 270X from my very close friend in great condition. The most I can spend is $755 and I decided that if I can get a free GPU I would splurge on better components.

It's a good build, but you need a better psu. The one you chose is mediocre at best.
