Is this a good build?

Here's what I am looking at getting.

I will be taking the following parts from my current computer:

1 x Cooler Master Silent Pro Gold - 800W Power Supply with 80 PLUS Gold Certification and Semi-Modular Cables

1 x SAMSUNG Black Blu-ray Combo SATA Model SH-B123L LightScribe Support - OEM

Will this be enough the play games as a semi-high quality and stream?

Yea, amazing PC. Just add an SSD to lower boot/load times.

I'd would change that PSU for a better one, its only a tier 3 http://www.tomshardware.co.uk/forum/id-2547993/psu-tier-list.html

Go for a tier 1 or 2

Apart from that good to go.

I am thinking about swapping out the motherboard to get one with 2 PCI 3.0 Slots...

Would this build still be fine if I used this motherboard instead?

Yea, this is a good one. Z97 series are good for 1150 CPU's.
