Is this a good build

Solution
the only thing i would change is the gpu to this - EVGA GeForce GTX 970 4GB Superclocked ACX 2.0 Video Card , it comes overclocked out of the box, the other one doesnt. the core clock is also 1.17 on the one i suggested, yours is 1.11, clock speed is very important for graphics :)

This is a decent build you should be fine. You are spending a lot on a 4th Gen i5 processor, and 970 GPU, but I don't know the rates with AU that well. I'd be concerned with your PSU in the future if you ever decide to do any upgrading.
