Is this a good build?

I'm looking into getting in PC gaming but I don't know if my specs are good to play modern games such as GTA 5, COD Black Ops 3, Battlefield 4, Minecraft with shaders. I'm not looking to max out my settings. So if you look at my specs and let me know if they are any good to any of the games I listed above at decent fps and settings!

I just switched some stuff around because without the promo codes(which end tomorrow) it was out of my price.
