Is this a good build?

I mean, I just bought the CPU and its coming in today. I kinda planned on doing the AMD build, but if you could get me a motherboard and an Intel CPU for around the same price and better performance, then I would switch to that. But for now, I am sticking to the 8350, and plan on OC'ing

Should have gone with the 8320 - its $30 cheaper & over clocked you'll get EXACTLY the same result as the 8350.

The components you don't want to change are the ones that would get the price down considerably.

Thanks a ton! I am gonna return the CPU I bought, and buy the i-5 on the Intel partlist. Since its not a xxxxK, that means it can't be oc'd, correct? EIther way, is that mobo fine for OC'ing a gpu?
And yeah, that RAM and PSU was bought a few years ago, so it's not under warranty/returns. But thanks anyways!
