Processor: Intel i5 - 6600k 3.5ghz / $270
RAM: Kingston Fury 1866Mhz 2x4GB / $57
Graphics: Gigabyte GTX 970 4Gb / $370
SSD: 120GB $49
HDD: 1TB $57
PSU: CoolerMaster Thermal 500W

I have a 4k TV (as a monitor) and I need to know will these specifications run games like CS:GO in 1440p if not 4k?

Also the CPU and motherboard are not compatible.

I mean Gigabyte H110M - HD3 which one is LGA 1151 and supports i5 6600K.

What power supply would you recommend for this build? Thanks buddy!

I would go with a DDR4 based setup, instead. Also the 6600k is pointless, with that board, as that board cannot overclock, and the 6600k was made for overclocking. Either go with an i5 6500, or get a Z170 board. Evga B2 750w is a good PSU, for the money. It is also a modular unit. XFX 550w, or Seasonic 520w+, would be good too.
