Is this a good build?

So I am looking to build this PC, I am concerned the cpu will bottleneck a little, but with the cores I expect it to last a long time

FX 6300 @ 4.3GHZ
GA 78 LMT USB3
8gb ram
RX 480
EVGA 430W 80+psu
6 case fans

Thanks. If you think the CPU will bottleneck, how much do you think it will impact performance?

Solution
the motherboard is definitely the low end of boards so do not expect a good overclock, Only supports 1333 ram standard before overclocking, only has 4+1 phase design which severely limits Overclocking the CPU.

Swap out the board for a descent one and it will be a good system. BTW I have 6 case fans and my gaming system is overclocked and I do not hear it. Excessive, maybe but sometimes they are necessary.

I know it is a bit outdated, but I'm looking to savee money. Do you think the 4,3ghx OC would ramp it up enough d=to do fine if I bought this?

Budget is around 600 dollars, and I'm looking to play almost everything around High or Very High

Your GPU and CPU will definitely bottleneck. Get something newer for a CPU, like listed above, a newer generation Core-i5. Or an equivalent AMD. The rest of the specs seem good, however, 6 case fans is a bit excessive.

also to add to this comment, Tom's hardware also does quarterly builds and puts together ones that are cheap and around the cost your looking at. Have a look into those.
