Ok thanks for answering, any wifi adapters you would recommend? (If you want me to stop asking questions since its annoying please let me know)

There you go. Though i thoroughly recommend that you run a lan cable to you desktop, if you can. There's no way WiFi will ever come close, especially if you intend to do any online gaming. Alternatively, look into some powerline connectors, again, especially if you intend to do online gaming: https://www.amazon.ca/TL-PA8030P-KIT-Powerline-Passthrough-upto1200Mbps/dp/B00Y3QYTS6/ref=sr_1_6?ie=UTF8&qid=1471874068&sr=8-6&keywords=powerline

As for your questions, how would anyone ever be bothered by someone asking questions on a forum? :)

I prefer PCI-E adapters since they aren't dangling in a USB port and won't come disconnected. I also look for adapters that have external antennas that you can place on your desktop and connect to the card with a cable, not built in antenna that stick out the back of your computer and in the way. You'll also get way better reception with a desktop remote antenna.

Look for for the latest speeds and dual bandwidth. And often it's good to match your router brand with the adapter to get the fastest speeds. Some companies have proprietary technologies that can match the adapter to get maximum speeds. If you just have a plain router or one provided by your ISP ignore trying to match brands or technologies.

The fastest speeds now are with dual band AC. Look for that.

Um, why is the build changing all of a sudden? Like I click your link but it replaces the RAM to this http://ca.pcpartpicker.com/product/xWZ2FT/mushkin-memory-997199f

(This isn't a bad thing, I'm just wondering)

It's changinf teh motherboard and ram according to parametric filters. While the ram it chooses is just fine, get the MB listed last as i have vetoed it, not just linked it: http://ca.pcpartpicker.com/product/my4NnQ/gigabyte-motherboard-gab150mds3h
