However on the surface I see some concerns.

All of the hardware you have selected is several generations old.
4GB of ram is really not suitable for gaming
The brand of your Power Supply is really important. PSUs are IMO the most important part of a build.
We really need to know what case you have so we know what can fit inside of it.

The gpu isn't that far off from a rx460, its budget obviously. Just want 60fps on low tbh

Sorry, wrote it on a whim. Anyways, the psu I already have. Its from thermaltake. I actually already have the gtx 660 in a system with a msi p6n sli and a e6600 (Bottleneck I know) I don't play very intensive games I just want to know if these parts are good\
