Please recommend better parts if not good

I'd advise a better power supply. The Corsair CX series isn't too good. Go with a Seasonic S12II 520 or 620 watt unit. Also, I'd either change the CPU to a K series or change the motherboard to an H110/170. No need to add cost for an OC friendly motherboard without an overclockable CPU. Don't forget some good RAM, a boot SSD with storage HDD for best results.

go for i5 6600k(u got a z170 mobo!) and S12II 520. go for deepcool kendomen case for excellent cooling and also a gammaxx 400 cpu cooler.
