Is this a good build

Hey, I am looking to buy a pc to play games, do homework and multimedia
I would like to know if my "build" is good to play games like: csgo and rocket league at like 144 fps
and games like H1Z1 at 60+ fps.

This is my 'build'
CPU: i5 7400
GPU: Gigabyte Windforce OC 6GB GTX 1060
Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-B250M-D3H
Cooler: Cooler Master Hyper TX3 EVO
Case: Corsair Carbide 100R
PSU: Corsair RM550X
HDD: WD Blue 1TB
RAM: Corsair Vengeance LPX 8 GB

I'm probably going to buy another set of the RAM and an SSD later on.
So I would like to know if I can play the games at the FPS i want.

i would suggest get at least i5 7500, better price/performance vs 7400 or get i5 7600k if u can afford it
for the fps, u won't feel the difference once the fps exceed your monitor refresh rate so it's not necessary to put such target, but yes, your build should be able to easily reach them in 1080p. (btw get the 2x4 ram instead of 1x8)

but now that ryzen already released, i suggest a Ryzen build instead
