Is this a good build

Get a 1060 6GB and the 1200 can OC to about same performance.

since u had the money to afford an expensive mobo, i suggest u step up a bit to the R5 1600, which had more cores/threads + better stock cooler variant

PSU is also need to be changed, CXM 550w / S12II 520 should be good enough

Edit: the 1060 6GB above, imho, doesn't worth the price, i wouldn't buy it if i were u
on medium @1080p the 3 GB is enough (heck even a 1050ti is good enough for medium XD)

I dont really want to oc, im a newby i rather just keep like the the build with the ryzen 5, besides that though is everything fine

agree with constantine_99 SMT makes all the difference.
switched to WD blue M.2 SATA SSD, less cables for 2 bucks.
and swapped the aforementioned Seasonic 520W.
system looks good to me as is, its just my 2 cents
