Is this a good build?

https://uk.pcpartpicker.com/list/nfBywV - The CPU cooler I am actually going for is the H5 Ultimate just it doesn't have a price on PCPP so I used the universal as a place holder.
I am building this PC in England and my budget is max around £2100.
This PC is mainly for gaming. My monitor is just a basic 24" 1080p 144hz for gaming atm (and a just 24" 1080p 60hz monitor as browsing)but I will be upgrading to 1440p and then 4k at a later date.
It may seem like it is a bit overkill but that is what I was going for.
I am mainly looking for help with the storage and the CPU Cooler(as I want to do some mild-overclocking and I don't know how well the H5 Ultimate performs)
Also, will there be enough fan headers on the motherboard for the 2 Corsair ML120s and 2 Corsair ML140s and will they supply the necessary 12w?
Thanks

Would there be any need for me to get any hubs or anything for the inside of the PC?

cooler not enough if you consider heavy overclocking
case comes with 2 fans, can mount 2 more in front.
ram too slow

The LLC issue on the board has been fixed according to multiple people.
I already have a windows key for the PC.
Upgrading the RAM to G.Skill 3200 : https://uk.pcpartpicker.com/product/ybrcCJ/gskill-tridentz-rgb-16gb-2-x-8gb-ddr4-3200-memory-f4-3200c16d-16gtzr
Kraken has mass amounts of pump failures that it scares me too much to buy one.

Reason I am going for the Strix is the Aura sync and the Wi-Fi on the board. I have always stuck with ASUS and I guess I just have brand loyalty. I have heard great things about asrock boards though.

If you are worried about your cooler but don't want to take your spending into triple figures, try the Arctic liquid freezer 240 at around £74 it's a good piece of kit with good reviews, but your build looks ok.

Problem is that the S340 Elite has quite limited room for CPU coolers (161mm) otherwise I would have bought the R1 Ultimate in a heartbeat. A solution would be to get the h700i instead but that would be paying £100 more for the case just to spend more on the cooler and that would add up to like £130 extra.

If anyone is able to recommend a CPU air cooler that is around 161mm, so it will fit my case, I will definitely look at it. I'm really dubious about liquid cooling so if you can recommend one that has little failure rate and I will look into it.

It's the best tempered glass case I can find for under £100 and I quite like the NZXT designs. I was considering the Meshify C which would allow me to get the cooler I want but the tempered glass is way too dark. If there was some way to get the tempered glass the same as the S340 Elite on the Meshify C it would be a godsend

It wouldn't bother me too much as I would only have two sticks anyway, unless I have to stick them in certain slots but that isn't system breaking. I would probably get the universal and buy the different colour covers so I can carry on the blue theme.

My suggestions:

That would be a good plan.
