Is this a good build

That water cooler is a waste of money of this kind of budget. Ram is too low. This makes far more sense.

Video Card: Asus...
Are you trying to stay under a certain budget? You have a very low end board that is super small. Only one stick of ram, and only 4GBs as well. But for some reason you have a $150(!) cooler. I'd drop the cooler down to a 212 or similar model, and put the extra $100 into ram and possibly a better board. Better CPU if you have any funds left over.

Not sure what that was so I made some adjustments. You don't need a CPU cooler, the CPU comes with one and it's fine. Changed the PSU, MB and memory also.

Are you serious about the A320 MB?

Nothing wrong with it on a budget build and that is what this seems to be, could always get a higher end board though.

1300X is 3.5 by default, good to have, stock cooler is decent
4 gb is too small, 8 gb ram is a must nowadays
better motherboard
550 psu can allow future upgrades and this is better quality

It is not about high or low end, A320 can not overclock and you can only run @ 3.1, makes no sense to me.

Likely won't matter one way or the other really.

Have to see what they want to do or not.

Have to see if there is a budget and what they want to do with it.

Personally I would have gone with a faster CPU and better MB, but have to wait and see.
