Given you're looking at a 1060, the APU is wasted. Better off with a non-APU (like an R5 1600, 6c/12t)
IF you opt for the APU (for whatever reason), make sure the A320 board has an updated BIOS, or opt for a B450 board to ensure compatibility out of the box.

For the money, I'd be more inclined to opt for a smaller SSD + bulk HDD, to free up funds for elsewhere.

More RAM at 3000 Mhz. Better CPU. 500 GB SSD and 1 TB HDD. Has a Case as your original build did not have it (if you do not need it just drop it from the list). Good quality PSU.
